What's new in DartsOn

v2.5

September 3, 2026

Introducing DON v29, our most accurate auto-scoring model yet

DON v29 is now available. It improves detection for tightly grouped darts and automatically calibrates for lens distortion. In our benchmark, it was more accurate at every quality level and processed each frame faster than DON v28. Faster processing also helps reduce heat and battery use.

Live Sharing for every game mode

Live Sharing now works with every game mode.

Your Live Sharing session stays active between games, so you can keep the same code and link without restarting it each time.

New Cricket Variants

Cricket now supports two new variants: Random and Hidden. Random Cricket chooses six numbers and the Bull for each leg. Hidden Cricket keeps those numbers secret until somebody hits them, with optional bonus points or an extra mark for discovering a target.

Callouts for Checkout Suggestions

Premium announcers and the system voice can now call out checkout suggestions. Enable this in Voice Settings. You can also choose the phrase and sound played after a bust.

Dedicated Singles Training

Singles Training has a new Dedicated Target mode. Pick a number and keep throwing while DartsOn tracks your 3-dart average, hits and misses.

Additional Improvements and Fixes

  • X01 has a new “Finish Round” option for games with at least two human players. The remaining players can continue playing for second, third and later places.
  • You can now adjust how quickly bots throw their darts.
  • You can now turn on the torch (flashlight) when auto-scoring in very low light.
