DartsOn Online Code of Conduct

Online Play works when both players can trust the score and enjoy the match. These rules apply whenever you use DartsOn’s online features, including your profile, online lobbies, online matches, spectating, quick chat, and invitations.

Play fair

Respect the person you’re playing

Players of all abilities are welcome. Keep your profile name, username, and avatar suitable for a darts community.

Do not harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against anyone. Hateful content, sexual harassment, sexually explicit images, graphic violence, and content that exploits or endangers children are not allowed. Do not impersonate another person, run scams, or use profiles and invitations for spam.

Use quick chat and reactions in good spirit. Do not spam reactions, invitations, or friend requests, or use them to annoy someone.

Give the match your attention

Join when you have time to play, take your turns promptly, and try to finish the match. Repeatedly quitting because you are losing or deliberately running down the timer spoils the game for your opponent and may lead to restrictions.

Connections drop and real life sometimes gets in the way. Rejoin if you can. If your opponent needs more time, you can use Give Extra Time when the app offers it. A disconnect or timeout by itself is not proof of misconduct; we consider the circumstances and repeated behavior when reviewing reports.

You can leave a match if you feel unsafe or encounter abuse. You do not need to stay to gather evidence. If you can, report the player afterward so we can look into it.

Respect privacy

Do not put private contact details in your public profile or share someone else’s personal information without permission. Do not pressure another player to share their email, phone number, photos, or other private details. Ask permission before publishing an identifiable screenshot of another player.

Spectators must follow the same rules as players. Watching a friend’s match is for following the game, not for targeting someone or interfering with play.

Report a problem or block a player

Use Report or Block in a player’s menu. You can open it by pressing and holding their avatar, or through their online profile. Choose the reason that fits and briefly explain what happened. When available, report from the match so it is linked to your report. You can also contact support@rsapps.eu with the username and relevant match details.

Report suspected cheating, offensive profiles, repeated quitting, harassment, or other breaches of these rules. Be accurate and report in good faith. Losing a match or disagreeing with a player is not a reason to make a false report.

Blocking ends your friendship and helps prevent future contact and matches together. It does not automatically end a match already in progress. You can also mute quick chat if you do not want to see reactions.

What happens after a report

Our team reviews reports using the information available, which may include profile content, scores, corrections, timeouts, connection events, and details sent to support. Reports do not automatically trigger a suspension.

Depending on the issue, we may give a warning, remove or reset inappropriate profile content, end a match, or suspend access to public lobbies, including the Global Lobby, or to all online matches. A suspension may be temporary or permanent. Serious abuse can lead to immediate action; we do not have to issue a warning first.

Breaches of these rules are the main grounds for a suspension. As our Terms of Service explain, we may also suspend online access at our discretion for other reasons, subject to applicable law. An Online Play suspension leaves offline play and DartsOn’s other features available under their usual conditions. It does not by itself delete your account or game history, or cancel your subscription.

Do not use another account to get around a suspension. A suspension also applies to the devices the suspended account was used on, so other accounts on those devices, including new ones, receive it too. If you believe a decision is wrong, email support@rsapps.eu with your username, the decision, and why you want us to review it. If your account was suspended because you share a device with a suspended player, say so in your email.

These rules form part of the DartsOn Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect for Online Play and moderation, how long we keep it, and how to delete your account.
